When you make contributions through our platform, we apply a platform fee of 5% per Pie, capped at $10. Additionally, Stripe processing fees apply to all transactions. We collect and remit VAT quarterly where applicable. All fan contributions are voluntary "gifts" and do not entitle you to any goods or services.
All listening and contribution data remain MyPie's property even after account deletion. If we publish any such data, it will be in anonymized form. We make best efforts to transfer contributions to artists but cannot guarantee successful delivery in all cases. We rely on third-party data from Spotify for social log-ins and listening activity.
We may publicly aggregate listening metrics (e.g., Earth Chart) in non-identifying, aggregate form. For abandoned accounts (12 months of inactivity), we will donate unclaimed funds annually. You have 18 months to reactivate your account and reclaim your funds.
